How the limits are counted

Live streaming hours

Time on air, from the start of each stream to its end. A 30-minute update counts 30 minutes; a 3-hour event counts 3 hours.

Video library

Total size of the videos kept on the channel at one time, uploads plus saved live streams, as uploaded or recorded. An hour of HD video is about 1.2–1.6 GB, depending on the package bitrate. Deleting a video frees the space.

Hours watched

Total viewing time across all viewers in a month. 100 viewers watching a 1-hour stream is 100 hours. Notices go out at 80% and 100%.
